General information

Blade
The blade is made of genuine Swedish HSS high-speed steel. It is hard and rigid, resistant to high temperatures, not easy to heat and burn.

TECHNOLOGIES
- Knife holder: It is made of special material and cast with 2000 tons of friction and pressure machine. It is tempered at 31°, which increases rigidity and toughness. After freezing treatment, gravity is removed and finished by 42 processes. It has high hardness and vertical rigidity. It connects smoothly with the blade, easy to cut when cutting, flexible to rotate.
- Motor: The motor is made of the best silicon steel blade and high temperature enameled wire. It has strong power and is not easy to generate heat. The motor housing is made of aluminum and has fast heat conduction to ensure stable internal temperature and normal operation.
- Base: The height of the base is reasonable, the blade is easy, and the blade is not covered. The base pulley is made of bearing steel material. The fabric waste can automatically slide out, and the cutting is easy and smooth.
- Copper groove: The copper groove is configured by tin-phosphor bronze formula with high wear resistance coefficient and melts at a temperature of 1400 °. It is strong wear resistance, low noise, smooth connection with the slider, and its service life is more than five years.
- Gearbox design: When the gearbox is filled with oil, the gears are fully lubricated, the wear resistance is improved, the noise is reduced, and the fabric will not be polluted.
- Sliding Assembly: The sliding assembly is designed with bearings for flexible rotation, high strength and wear resistance.
- Sharpener Pressure Plate: The pressure plate is strong enough, not easy to wear and deform, and the angle of the pressure plate is accurate, so that the abrasive belt is close to the edge of the blade, the edge of the blade is sharpened quickly and the edge of the blade is smooth, and the blade is not easy to tilt.
