Equipped with an integrated energy-saving motor mounted in the headstock directly on the machine's main shaft (Direct Drive system), which ensures quiet and reliable operation and lower power consumption.

Overlock JACK E4S has a simple panel for adjusting the sewing speed and needle position, as well as the ability to quickly return to the factory settings.

TECHNOLOGIES
- Advanced Mechanical Platform. With an improved and advanced platform, the Jack E4-4 fully integrates the servo motor, control box and panel into the machine head, providing a unique and extraordinary view.
- Intelligent functions, intelligent panel. With the intelligent latency function, the machine will go into a dormant state if it stops running for more than 30 minutes.
- Integrated oil system, preventing oil leakage. Enclosed needle bar mechanism with integrated oil filtering system, oil supply and oil return prevents oil leakage.
- Increased feeding space. Presser foot height increases to 27 mm and ensures larger feeding space.
APPLICABILITY
- The new S model is equipped with an easily accessible height adjustment of the feed teeth. This makes it possible to achieve perfect seams on materials of various thicknesses. The control lever can be adjusted to three positions: A - light materials (light) M - medium materials (medium) H - heavy materials (heavy).
