General information
The Jack A5E - AHM industrial sewing machine has an automatic fabric adaptive system thanks to an Artificial Intelligence chip that senses changes in real time, allowing to sew heavy, light and elastic fabrics without having to make mechanical adjustments or push buttons.
The machine will adjust instantly during automatic sewing. This model has a closed oil sump and a 30.5 cm working area. The presser foot lifter is automatic and lifts up to 13 mm. It also has an automatic thread trimmer.

- AMH system: adaptable to all fabrics, allows sewing thick, light and elastic fabrics without having to make mechanical adjustments or press buttons. The machine will adjust during sewing automatically.
- High precision stitch size: The stitch length is electronic, controlled by a servomotor. This new function allows the stitch size to be adjusted by 0.1 mm.
- Thread trimmer: The system offers a trimmer with an automatic 3.5 mm cutting line size.
- Oil system: Sealed oil sump, with a cleaner machine increasing the durability of the oil, preventing the entry of dirt, improving the lubrication of the machine, as well as a perfect and long-lasting lubrication.
- Decorative stitches: The Jack A5E machine can perform decorative stitches that can be edited to provide the stitch on different types of garments.
The Jack A4B-C lockstitch machine is used in the manufacture of a wide range of textiles and knitted garments. 5mm stitch length suitable for swing all kinds of small orders and quick reorders fabrics.
