General information
1 needle lockstitch machine designed for sewing thicker materials (e.g. leather, upholstery materials), equipped with an energy-saving motor integrated directly into the machine head (Direct Drive system). This solution ensures quiet operation and low energy consumption.
The double transport (lower and upper teeth - rolling foot) ensures a perfect movement of the upper and lower layers of the sewn materials.
The machine has a clear control panel integrated in the sewing head and LED lighting on the needle bar.

APPLICABILITY
- The JK-2060G was built specifically to handle heavy-duty sewing tasks such as canvas and leather. The 750W servo motor can handle multiple layers of heavy material with ease and the compound feeder can feed multiple layers smoothly. The advantage of the compound feed is that the needle bar also helps feed the material, preventing puckering or slippage.
